Do Not Call and Contact Preferences

How to be taken off our lists, and how long it takes.

Effective date: September 21, 2026

How to be removed

Email support@utahfactorydirect.com and tell us to remove you. Include the phone number or the property address you want removed, so we can find the right record and take out every copy of it.

You can also write to us at Utah Factory Direct LLC, 1 Prospector Dr, Park City, UT 84060.

You do not have to give a reason

A removal request is honored whether or not you explain it. We will not ask you why, we will not ask you to reconsider, and nobody will call you back to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

We honor removal requests promptly, and in any case within 10 business days of receiving the request.

Our internal do not call list

Utah Factory Direct LLC maintains an internal do not call list. When you ask to be removed, your number and address go on that list and stay on it. That is why we keep a record of removal requests: keeping the record is the only way to keep honoring the request over time.

The National Do Not Call Registry

Separately from our internal list, you can register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry, which is run by the Federal Trade Commission. It is free, and registration does not expire.

Register at donotcall.gov.

Removing yourself from email

The same email address handles email removal. Write to support@utahfactorydirect.com and say you want no further email, and we will remove the address.

Text messages

Utah Factory Direct LLC does not send text messages. Submitting the form on this website does not sign you up for text messages.

If contact continues

If you asked to be removed and still hear from us after 10 business days, write to support@utahfactorydirect.com and say so. Include the date and, if you have it, the number that called. We want to know.
