Utah Factory Direct LLC connects homeowners with established, licensed window installers. We do not manufacture or install windows, and we are not a licensed contractor.

What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The street address, city, and ZIP code of the property you are asking about
  • What you told us you are looking to do, and any notes you chose to add

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information that any web server records, such as the IP address a request came from and the time of the request. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.

How we collect it

We get information about you in two ways.

  • Directly from you. Through the form on this website, or in a phone call or email with you.
  • From third-party home improvement inquiry sources. Many homeowners we contact previously requested information about home improvement or window replacement through a third party, and that information was provided to us. This is the honest answer to the question of how we got your phone number or address when you do not remember contacting us directly.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • Schedule a measurement and a quote at your property, where the licensed installation partner confirms whether your windows qualify for a current program
  • Coordinate with the licensed installation partner who would perform the work
  • Follow up with you about the request you made, by phone and by email
  • Keep records of contact preferences and removal requests

Who we share it with

  • The licensed installation partner. We pass your name, contact details, property address, and project details to the licensed installer so they can measure your windows and give you a quote. This is done in order to fulfill the quote request you made.
  • Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf, such as website hosting and our customer relationship management system. They may handle your information only to provide that service to us.
  • When the law requires it. If we are legally required to disclose information, or need to in order to protect our legal rights.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with our installation partner is used solely to fulfill your quote request.

Retention

We keep lead and appointment records for as long as we need them to respond to your request, to coordinate work with the installation partner, and to meet our own record keeping and legal obligations. Records connected to an active or recent inquiry are kept in our customer relationship management system. Contact removal requests are kept indefinitely, because the only way to honor a do not call request over time is to keep a record that you made one.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. You do not have to give a reason for any of these requests.

Email support@utahfactorydirect.com and tell us what you want. Include the phone number, email address, or property address the request applies to, so we can find the right record. We honor requests promptly, and in any case within 10 business days.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no analytics scripts on this site. Nothing you do here is used to follow you across other websites.

Because this site sets no such cookies, there is no cookie consent banner on it. If that ever changes, this section will be updated first.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email support@utahfactorydirect.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly using the contact details we have.
