By using utahfactorydirect.com, or by submitting the form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit the form.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "Utah Factory Direct" mean Utah Factory Direct LLC, a Utah limited liability company, Utah entity number 14734326-0160, with an address at 1 Prospector Dr, Park City, UT 84060.
2. What this service is
Utah Factory Direct connects homeowners with established, licensed window installers. We take your request, schedule a measurement appointment, and pass the request to a licensed installation partner, who checks whether your home and windows qualify for a current program at that appointment.
Utah Factory Direct does not manufacture windows. Utah Factory Direct does not install windows. Utah Factory Direct is not a licensed contractor. No installation contract is formed through this website or with Utah Factory Direct. Any agreement to perform work on your home is between you and the licensed installer, on that installer's terms.
3. Quotes, pricing, and program eligibility
Prices, product options, warranty terms, and eligibility for any current program are determined by the licensed installation partner, not by Utah Factory Direct, and are subject to that partner's own terms and conditions.
Nothing on this website is a price quote or an offer to sell. Any figure you are given comes from the installation partner, after a measurement at your property.
4. No guarantee of qualification
We do not guarantee that your home, your windows, or your situation will qualify for any program. Whether the windows qualify is determined after a measurement, by the installation partner. If they do not qualify, we will tell you.
5. Accuracy of information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current, and yours to submit. That includes the property address. If you are not the owner of the property or are not authorized to request work on it, do not submit the form. Inaccurate information may mean we schedule a visit that cannot go ahead.
6. Consent to be contacted
When you submit the form on this website, you are asking us to contact you by phone and by email about the inquiry you made, and you agree that we and our licensed installation partner may do so. That consent is limited to the request you submitted.
You can withdraw it at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Email support@utahfactorydirect.com, or see the Do Not Call and Contact Preferences page.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, and other content on this site are owned by Utah Factory Direct LLC or used with permission. You may read the site, print it, and share links to it. You may not copy the content and republish it as your own, or use the Utah Factory Direct name in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not promise that everything here is complete, error free, or uninterrupted. Information on this site is general, and it is not a substitute for a measurement, a written quote, or advice about your particular home.

To the extent the law allows, Utah Factory Direct LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website, including lost time, lost opportunity, or lost profit. Because the installation work is performed by a licensed installer under a separate agreement with you, Utah Factory Direct is not responsible for that installer's work, workmanship, products, pricing, scheduling, or warranty.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, and you agree to that venue.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
